We always recommend starting with the smooth side so your body can get used to the sensation. Afterward, you can switch to the textured side if you want a more distinct stimulus during activity.

Proper placement is essential

The POINT-GUARD KNEE STRAP should be placed below the knee and never on or over the kneecap. The strap should be tight enough to provide a distinct sensation of pressure, but never so tight that it feels uncomfortable.

The right size and fit are important for both function and comfort. If you fall between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.
