The GLU-TECH 2in1 womens shorts are equipped with the well known GLU-TECH elastic band, with the purpose of securing an increase in stability around the hip and improve your running experience. The shorts are designed in a light and breathable material, which helps ensure that you do not overheat during your runs. You will notice two practical pockets in the inner tight, which enables you to bring your phone or your keys with you on the run.
Increased attention on hip stability
If your muscles around the hips are weak, especially the middle gluteal muscle, Gluteus Medius, your ability to stabilize your hip will be affected. This weakness can cause an unintended strain in the muscles, tendons and joints the entire way from hip to foot.
liiteGuard's GLU-TECH technology has a wide elastic band, which is placed on top of your gluteal muscles and provides you with a constant support to give a mechanical stability for your hip. The elastic band has the purpose of facilitating muscle activity, so you are better equipped to activate and use your gluteal muscles.

In the inner tight you will find two pockets, which can hold anything from your phone to keys, gels, etc. in place, so you can train without a worry. The pockets have an extra tights at the top, to keep your items secure.
