Not sure about the size of our SHIN-TECH running socks?

We usually recommend that you buy the size that matches your shoe size.

If your shoe size is between sizes, we recommend that you choose the smaller size. This means that if you are a size 43 in shoes, for example, we recommend that you buy size 40-43.

However, there may be some exceptions if you have a large calf in relation to your foot.

If you are unsure about your size, you can measure the circumference of your calf in cm (as demonstrated in the illustration below) and match it to the chart below.

If you cannot find a size that fits, you can use our SHIN-TECH COMPRESSION CALF SLEEVE.
