Taped Ankle
A sprained ankle is the most common injury in football, related to the lower leg. The vast majority of sprains happens on the outside of the ankle, right in front of the outer ankle knuckle. Here I will show how I usually do a standard tape of an ankle with an injury to the outer ligament.

Nicklas Pyrdol

Nicklas is a trained consultant specialized in sports psychology and works with players and coaches in the Danish Superliga and the Danish 1st Division, while also being part of the crew assisting the national under-16 football team.

Pyrdol has conducted a master thesis about Ajax Amsterdam and has, during his research, been supervised by sport psychologists from the Premiere League.

Jakob Poulsen
Jakob Poulsen started playing football at 5 years old in Næsbjerg and stayed there until he, as a second year under-17 player, left for Esbjerg FB. He gained his Superliga debut in Esbjerg FB in 2004, where he helped secure third place, and the bronze medal. In 2006 he was sold to SC Heerenveen in Holland, he was based here until 2008 where he hereafter switched to AGF. In 2010 he made the switch to FCM, and has been here ever since, with the exception of the 18 months from 2012 to January 2014 where he played at AS Monaco.
