Payment

Liiteguard ApS accepts payments from Dankort/VISA-dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Google- & Apple Pay. Payment will be charged to your account only when the item is shipped.

All amounts are in Euro (EUR) and are inclusive of VAT.

Liiteguard ApS uses an authenticated payment server, which encrypts your card’s information with an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your data cannot be read.

Delivery

Liiteguard delivers nationally on weekdays. Orders made before 12.00 will be shipped on that day. 

NOTE: National delivery time is between 1-3 business days.

Warranty

A 2-year warranty is granted under the Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty applies to defects in materials and/or fabrics.

The warranty does not apply to defects, damages or wear and tear, directly or indirectly caused by improper use.

The warranty will be considered void and not applicable if the error is due to improper use of the product (e.g., improper washing or treatment).

The warranty will be considered void if the damage is a result of the product being subjected to a greater physical load than it can be reasonably expected to sustain.

Liiteguard ApS will cover reasonable return costs.

Parcels sent by cash on delivery are not accepted.

Refund

If you have agreed upon a refund with us, please send your bank details so we can transfer the amount.

Satisfaction Guarantee

In the instance that you cannot try the product before it is purchased, Liiteguard provides a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. You can use the product as normal for 30 days. If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us and get your money back.

Note: This only applies if the product is not damaged and if it is returned in the original, intact packaging.

You must notify us that you wish to use the guarantee within 30 days of your purchase. We must receive the returned product within 34 days of your purchase. Please send a notification email to info@liiteguard.com, letting us know that you wish to use our guarantee.

Return costs

Return costs are paid by Liiteguard. If you wish to use our satisfaction guarantee, you must notify us within 30 days of purchase. You must return the item to us within 34 days of purchase. If you wish to return an item, use the link below to create a return label. Please print the label and attach it to your return package. You can then deliver your package to your nearest GLS package shop.
